FAQ

Do you ship? Yes, we ship throughout Canada and the U.S. We do charge for shipping and pass along any volume shipping discounts we receive. We use Canada Post and Couriers (UPS and Purolator).

What products do you sell? We sell the latest and greatest the papercrafting industry has to offer. We do have a brick & mortar store front located in Langley, BC. Currently, we are selling only our classes on our website. Check out our Facebook page for our Together at 2 Live videos (Mon-Wed-Fri 2pm Pacific time). During these videos we share new arrivals, host an occasional demo and keep you up-to-date on store news, etc. You can place orders live in the comments or give us a call/email with requests. We receive many orders via phone/email and if we don't have it, we are always happy to special order.

How do your classes work? We host our classes online in private Facebook groups, where you will be able to access the live class video on demand--if you cannot attend live. Local customers can pick up their kit and we do offer shipping, as well. Shipping is not incl. in registration fee. Once registered you will receive a supply list and the opportunity to purchase supplies needed with our 10% class discount. Class kits will be ready for pick up and shipping two weeks before live class. At that time, you will receive the link to access the private group.

What is a Crafty Hour? These are sixty minute craft-a-longs which give us the chance to get together and make a quick project together. You are welcome to use your own stash or purchase one of our kits. Kits are revealed the Friday following Crafty Hour on our Facebook page. Check out our Class calendar for dates. These are not a class, so instructions are not provided. Videos are on our public page and will be saved on our YouTube page, as well.
